From a very early age he was introduced to the practices of Chikung and Taichi under the guidance of his father, Master Haoqing Liu, and with the close supervision of his grandfather Liu Yin Sheng, devoting his life to preserving the family lineage. This environment of daily practice and transmission formed the foundations of his training and shaped his deep understanding of the internal principles of the art.
